1. Introduction
Vespera is a lightweight AI visual creation application that allows users to upload their own images and generate cinema-level movie posters and cinematic videos. This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the subscription service of Vespera, including subscription benefits, the subscription process, usage rules, and related guidelines. By purchasing and using the Vespera subscription service, you agree to comply with all the terms set forth in this document.
Vespera’s subscription service is designed to enhance your user experience by providing additional benefits, and it is optional for all users. You can continue to use the free version of the app without subscribing. No account registration or login is required to purchase or use the subscription service.
2. Subscription Overview
The Vespera subscription service is provided entirely through our own internal systems and proprietary technology. The subscription service is available through Apple’s official in-app purchase system, ensuring a secure and compliant payment process. All subscription-related operations, including purchase, renewal, and cancellation, are handled through the in-app purchase function of your iOS device.
Subscribing to Vespera does not provide unlimited use of the app’s core features. Instead, the primary benefit of the subscription is to obtain a one-time quantity of Coins that is more favorable in price and larger in quantity than regular in-app purchases. These Coins are used to generate movie posters and cinematic videos. Each generation consumes a certain amount of Coins.
3. Subscription Benefits
The core benefit of subscribing to Vespera is the acquisition of Coins, the virtual currency used within the app. The specific benefits are as follows:
- Upon successful subscription, you will receive a one-time, fixed amount of Coins immediately. This amount is larger than that obtained through regular in-app purchases and is offered at a more favorable price.
- The subscription service does not provide any regular additional Coins during the subscription period. All Coins obtained through subscription are given in a single lump sum upon successful payment.
- Subscribers may enjoy priority processing of creation requests, ensuring faster generation compared to free users where applicable.
It is important to note that the subscription service does not provide unlimited use of the app’s features, nor does it offer periodic additional Coins. Each creation operation will still consume Coins.
4. Subscription Process and Payment
To purchase the Vespera subscription service, you can tap the “Subscribe” button in the app, select the subscription plan that suits you, and complete the payment through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Available plans may include monthly and annual subscriptions, with different quantities of Coins provided according to the plan.
The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. By completing the payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement and Apple’s in-app purchase payment terms. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
The Vespera subscription service is set to automatic renewal by default. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your iOS device settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions and find Vespera in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription to complete the cancellation.
If you cancel automatic renewal, the subscription remains valid until the end of the current subscription period, and no refund will be provided for the remaining period. After the subscription expires, you will revert to the free version of the app. Any unused Coins will still be retained on your device and can be used continuously.
6. User Responsibilities
When purchasing and using the Vespera subscription service, you agree to:
- Confirm that the Apple ID used for payment is your own or that you have obtained legal permission to use it, and be responsible for all fees incurred.
- Use the subscription service and Coins obtained solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not transfer, sell, or share subscription benefits or Coins with any third party.
- Acknowledge that the subscription service only provides additional Coins and priority processing where applicable, and does not guarantee that generated content will meet all your expectations.
7. Subscription Service Guidelines
We reserve the right to adjust subscription plans, the quantity of Coins provided, and subscription fees from time to time. We will notify you of any adjustments through the app before they take effect. Adjustments will not affect subscription benefits you have already purchased for the current period.

The subscription service is only available for users who have downloaded Vespera from the Apple App Store. If the app is uninstalled or your device is replaced, you can restore your subscription through the “Restore Purchase” function in the app, provided you use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
