1. Introduction
Vespera is a lightweight AI visual creation application that allows users to upload their own images and generate cinema-level movie posters and cinematic videos with one-click operation. This User Agreement outlines the terms and guidelines for using Vespera, including the services we provide, your rights and responsibilities as a user, our commitment to protecting your privacy, and the rules for using the app’s core features. By using Vespera, you agree to comply with all the terms set forth in this document.
Vespera is designed to be simple, convenient, and privacy-friendly, with no requirement for account registration or login. You can access all core features of the app immediately after downloading, without providing any personal information or creating an account. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and secure visual creation experience, while ensuring that your privacy and rights are fully protected.
2. Service Overview
Vespera provides two core AI-powered services: AI movie poster generation and AI cinematic video generation. All services are operated and maintained entirely by our own internal systems and proprietary technology—we do not use any third-party services, tools, APIs, or platforms to provide any part of Vespera’s functionality. This ensures that your experience is consistent, secure, and free from any third-party interference or data access.
When you use Vespera, you can upload images from your device’s local storage to generate the desired visual content. The AI processing of your images is completed in real time using our own internal services, and the generated movie posters or cinematic videos are owned entirely by you. We do not claim any rights to the content you generate, and we only process your uploaded images for the sole purpose of providing the requested creation service.
3. Privacy Commitment
We place the highest priority on protecting your privacy, and we have implemented strict measures to ensure that your personal information and uploaded content are kept secure. Most importantly, we do not collect any facial information, facial features, or any form of biometric data related to your face. This includes, but is not limited to, facial recognition data, facial landmarks, facial contours, facial expressions, or any other information that can identify or distinguish your face.
We will never collect, store, process, or use any facial information from you or from the images you upload. Even if the images you upload contain human faces, our AI only uses the visual content of the images to generate movie posters or cinematic videos—we do not extract, analyze, or retain any facial features or facial information from those images. Your facial privacy is fully protected at all times.
Additionally, we do not collect any other unnecessary personal information from you, such as your location, device ID, IP address, browsing history, or usage habits. Since no account is required to use Vespera, we do not collect any account-related information, and we will never share any of your data—including your uploaded images and generated content—with any third parties, under any circumstances.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Vespera, you agree to take full responsibility for the images you upload and the content you generate. You confirm that:
- All images you upload are your own original works, or you have obtained full legal permission to use them.
- You will not upload any images that are illegal, infringing, offensive, or violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- You will use Vespera only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless you have obtained prior written permission from us.
- You will not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with any part of Vespera’s code or internal systems.
- You are solely responsible for the storage and management of the content you generate on your own device.
5. Content Ownership
All images you upload to Vespera remain your property, and you retain full ownership and control over them. Any movie posters, cinematic videos, or other visual content generated using Vespera (hereinafter referred to as “Generated Content”) is also owned entirely by you. You have the right to use, save, share, or distribute the Generated Content in any way you wish, provided that such use does not violate any applicable rules or the rights of third parties.
We do not claim any ownership rights to your uploaded images or Generated Content. We only retain the right to use our own proprietary technology to process your images and generate the requested content, solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Service Usage Guidelines
Vespera is provided to you as a free-to-use app with optional subscription and in-app purchase features to unlock additional functionality. The subscription process is handled entirely through Apple’s official in-app purchase system, ensuring security and compliance.
We reserve the right to improve and optimize Vespera’s features and services from time to time. Any updates to the app will not change the core terms of this User Agreement or reduce your rights as a user.
You agree to use Vespera in compliance with all applicable rules and guidelines for mobile applications, including those set forth by Apple’s App Store.
